Autumn Wardrobe Reset ✧ Intentional & Sustainable Shopping + Finding My Personal Style

- When I was younger choosing outfits was fun and easy, but when I entered my mid-to-late twenties things changed. Finding a personal style that struck a balance between young and cool, but not too young and cool was surprisingly difficult. It was making it hard for me to shop more intentionally and avoid fast fashion.
As I tried to navigate this new stage of life and fashion in the most sustainable yet affordable way I could, I developed my wardrobe reset process. It’s been a HUGE help on my journey to create an age appropriate, sustainable wardrobe that I love, so I thought I’d bring you along as I do my autumn (and winter) wardrobe reset this year. The brown sweater you have and kind of like should go. I think you need to find a sweater in that color that better frames your body. The one you have drowns you. The turtleneck on it alone swallows you whole. I do love the color on you though so find another sweater with that color! 🤎 also thanks for this video! I’m motivated to do my own closet now! Also I’ve been loving flare jeans too and have yet to pull the trigger on buying some so I just might now

Came from instagram reels. I'm 25 and working full time for the first time this past year. I've found it has changed the needs I have for my wardrobe and my style a lot. I no longer need tons of semi casual outfits that I used to wear to uni.

I have this exact problem - same age and everything. With the added complexities of extra covid weight and being separated from my entire wardrobe. I desperately need a reset. also, ive never heard of notion - definitely going to look into that. thanks for sharing!
Love seeing this process! I also keep my fall and winter clothes away and love pulling them out when it's time; I feel like not seeing them for half the year makes them feel 'fresh' again and makes me more excited to wear them!

God I absolutely have been feeling the same way. Only throw in becoming a mom during Covid and being pregnant twice, now having a completely different shape than before, I don't even fit into my old clothes anymore.. just the ones that I panic bought after my pregnancy just to have something to wear. And they all fit terrible. 🥲
