    The feeling of needing a week to get back to "normal" and "back on track" is not ideal,
    here is what I do to prevent that!
    CHIA RECIPE
    Add 3/4 cup boiling water and 1 tsp of honey to dissolve
    Pinch of salt
    Add 4 tbsp of chia
    1/2 cup-1 cup berries
    Refrigerate for 4 hrs or overnight
    Serve with Greek yoghurt or coconut yogurt
    Optional: stir 1/2 scoop protein in yogurt
