    Nice list, I've been putting reishi in my chamomile tea at night and that combo has been top tier lol.

      I got reishi in the cupboard, I’ll give it a go, although it can be bitter, I might add a bit of honey with it 👌🏻

    I’m going away on holiday for a week, should I be taking my Creatine with me ? Or it’s ok to miss a week
