(a) Push Up to Alternating Row to Row to Deadlift (5 reps)
(b) Push Up (5 reps)
(c) Row (5 reps)
(d) Deadlift (5 reps)
(e) Double Hand Swing (5 reps)
(f) Deadlift (5 reps)
[Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]
