SAVE IT and get to work on this one✅
Moving some heavy weight to build strength and explosive power with this full body complex✅
Start off with two single arm power snatches, right into 2 power cleans and then 2 squat clean thrusters. As soon as you finish all reps on one arm, complete all reps on the other arm with no rest in between arms✅
As soon as you finish both arms, rest 2 minutes. Do 6 sets for a killer full body strength workout✅

This is the beauty of KB. Look at all his muscles working at the same time.
exactly
This is just what I needed today. Nothing fancy, just some old school strength training
Great strength complex!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Ive been doing kettle ball workouts. Major difference. I move so much better and quicker. It forces your to relax and not be tense thats what i love about it

Love the kettlebell style here
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
It also looks good for incorporating into EMOM!
Great complex also!
...been doing kettlebells for like 2 months now. And one thing I really started noticing is the muscles on my legs.
Added weight/resistance is key!
Thanks.
Great for body conditioning 💯
Awesome vids, thanks

I do this also but when I’m done on one side I do swings and start the next side just a way to add more work and good flow, hope someone picks this up!
Sweet! Any tips on volume / frequency / split for workouts like this?
Fuck yeah!!!
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Tried it after warming up with boxing 'tools' krav Maga and extra lightweight Kettlebell warm up. Nasty, but really good feeling!!
👌
❤❤❤
Wow gigantic🫨🧑🌾
I've recently started implementing some of your kettlebell workouts into my routine the last three weeks atleast 3 days a week. I'm a boxer and I truly believe that active lifts or standing lifts are the most beneficial for me, performance wise. Could you maybe send me a 3 times a week split routine? Appreciate you, sir. Keep the killer content coming. Your efforts aren't going unnoticed!
I'm doing Simole and Sinister by Pavel...it's addictive
3 day splits for a coach are not just something we can boom come up with on the fly. We need to know you, know your strengths, your weaknesses areas, your abilities, your drive, your sleep, your nutrition, your training you’re already getting from boxing. Any vanilla cookie cutter routine a “influencer” throws out there for the general public will work until it doesn’t. If you’re serious about wanting to prep for boxing (meaning you’re going to get paid to get punched in the face) do yourself a favor and pay a strength and conditioning coach. No coach worth his salt will just make up a routine for you for free.
Good workout, which floor mat do you use. I like that its thin and gives you a solid stand.
Not sure the brand but I got this from rubberflooringinc.com
So if I were to do this workout would this be it for the day?? I’m very new to KB workouts and I’m excited to get going!
That’s a 32 👏
I’m getting ready to try my first workout in the gym with kettle bells, do you have any words of wisdom, or advice or cautionary tale. Thank you for sharing your videos they’re very impressive. God bless.
Start light until you get comfortable with whatever movements that you’re doing. Kettlebells have a different feel than dumbbells so take your time✅
This is great advice
🔥🔥 💪🏾 🐻 🇺🇸
Is this considered a HIIT exercise? I didn't make it through all six sets, but I will continue working on it. Great workout. Thanks for the info!
It would be considered a HIIT workout. High intensity for sure!
Hi, I love Your training 😀What weight are you using here?
70 pounder ✅
@@jtm_fit nice🤙💪🏼
How heavy is your kb in this video?
It looks like a Rogue 70lb.
That looks exhausting lol well done
On your last vid you mentioned that you use pomp , where do you put the pomp ?
It looks great but I've had rotator cup problems and this looks like a quick injury too me I'm 58 and have learned no to do any heavy overhead stuff it puts me out of commission and that's not what I need. I need to be moving forward
Always found it weird how the kettlebell snatch moreso resembles a deadstop variation to an American style kettlebell swing (I think it was american style that put the kettlebell above the head) compared to a conventional Olympic snatch, which would be the clean thrusters except with straight arms above your head by the time you got into the full squat then going up with said straight arms
I guess you could make a point for a more explosive muscle snatch though
thank you Joe Rogan
How do you stop the Kettlebell smashing your wrist/forearm? Genuine question as I keep doing that and it's very annoying
Full video tutorial on the kettlebell clean and how to avoid the bashing of the forearms on my channel✅
whats number one and two for? They feel like regular swings
Do you do this daily?
how many days per week?
How often and what else do you recommend incorporating into this?
I managed 4 sets first time today, 57 years old
Hey boss I like your stuff but what's up with red, white and blue thunder bolt on your right shoulder , you one of those guys !!!!
Gay Pride Symbol
This was cool to try out. But one question, how do i do the kettle turns without them hurting the back of my forearm? They swing around and hit the back of my wrist, thinking my texhnique is wrong

@@jtm_fit hell yeah , thank you !
I don’t know how to do the form
What weight kettlebells to start with?
czcams.com/video/vGiEszoHqsw/video.htmlsi=NQ7w0IDUJxFEGH2O
Brah. How heavy is the bell he working with with. This dude looks viking strong. All I can do is 25 pounds
He is using a 32kg, 70lbs
Kettlebells work you into your build and only takes 20 minutes per day.
You show that kettlebell
You got that physique with just kettlebells alone??
I'm new to working out. How many sets do you do? How long do you work out? I'm tired of being fat, and I have been trying really hard. I have lost 37 pounds so far, but I really don't know what I'm doing.
Pretty ripped for 72 “heavy” 😅
how much weight is this, i need to know for reference
reds usually 32kg or 70ish lbs. this dude is a beast.
@@jonseay8887 That's crazy wth. I was going to buy a 35lb one lol
I appreciate him trying to help others, and he is. What I don't understand is the masses saying do my workouts, when Pavel is the actual source since late 90's or so? Seems no one states who trained them. Credentials never revealed.
Rip rotator cuffs
Yeah, which one. What's the proper technique?
@@Ricocase The technique is good. It's way too much weight for most people who DON'T have good technique.
@@jdunlap850 he never stated what weight to use. He just said "heavy", which is relative to the individual and their abilities
Why is this a killer workout?
Try it and you'll see.
28kg kettlebell?
Looks like a 32g to me. They're usually red.
6 is a lot lol
cantiknyer bdn
Jerk looks like an injury waiting to happen.
back and chest exercises are lacking
I love the kettlebell. But do these guys just come up with bullshit routines everytime? It seems like such a tool that you can feel it our for yourself, and they ar ejust playing on that no?
I probably could do that, wearing a diaper. 😢
Do you also finish it with some tren?
Oh, because you see someone who’s fit and has some muscle they automatically take tren? I hate to break the news to you but there are plenty of people out there who put in work day in and day out and get results without steroids. I’ve been training for 17 years
Sorry, man. I was not in a good head space when I wrote that. I redact my prior, snarky comment and wish you well. Keep it up. Oorah.
Good on you for owning up to what you said and apologizing. I hope you are doing well mentally and physically. It's a battle. Stay strong, my friend!
Don't apologize. He can say what he wants, but if he claims natty, then he's just like all these other fake ass influencers.
would definitely not recommend this, only if you are an elite athlete, but even then this is way too high risk imo
Which one?
Stop being a wimp. You can do these after a week or so if you do it four times a week. You build strength and endurance. If you are really pathetic like you say you are may be do some in the morning and early evening and you will lose your pathetic weak mindset.
I like it. What's your TRT dose?
Do you really think that someone can’t be fit without TRT?
Of course they can, but you're pushing more than just TRT.
That doesn't hurt your forearms? I've never touched kettles but it look like it would. And the handle doesn't move? Is there a friction on the handle?
I've been doing the same lifts all separately in sets of 10 with dumbbells for years. It's funny when I try to get someone to work out with me. Some quit in the middle. None ever come back.
I’ve used dumbbells in the past, entirely different workout using kettlebells
