HIIT Kettlebell "Man Maker" Workout for Men Over 40 [Build Strength & Size WHILE Burning Fat!]

These are designed to achieve maximum muscle development, burn fat for hours, increase core strength and ultimately help you move more explosively WITHOUT experiencing aches and pains from inflammation and overtraining. Best of all, these workouts typically only take 10 minutes or less, so you can get fast & dramatic results that help you look good naked and perform like a BEAST...without dedicating your life to fitness. (a) Push Up to Row to Clean & Pause Squat to Rack Reverse Lunge (4 reps)
(b) Alternating Push Press (4 reps/arm)
(c) Deadlift (4 reps)
(d) Farmers Walk (100 ft.)
[Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]

Not there yet, but definitely encouraging to be able to press weight overhead again...
Glad to see your recovery going well. I really wish I could do a rack reverse lunge. I just don't have the balance to rack when lunging. I can hold the kettlebells hanging, but topple right over any other way, LOL. I can goblet walking lunge with one. FWIW, I am a 60, (former) runner and cyclist. I have lifted all my life, but only in the past few years have gotten into lunging and split squatting. Hardest thing for me to do, even with no weight.

I've been doing your workouts every day for about a week or so. I gained muscle, I burned some fat, I feel 15yrs younger, my lower back doesn't hurt anymore. so today I've ordered a 2nd kettlebell to do even more

Still have ground to cover, but my ROM is good enough to accommodate overhead pressing now. Still pretty tight, but feeling better and better with every passing day..

I want to use your workouts for "finishers" after my lifting. Can I do this (or any of your beginner) curcuits everyday?
I'm doing Easy Stregth so my lifting takes me 20-30 min and i do it 7 days a week (minus life causing unexpected breaks)

@@CoachMANdler 15% is lean. 10% is unhealthy lean and not sustainable. So yeah, at least 25%.
@@powskier Got checked in BodPod during my last physical a month ago, and I was right at 19%...That said, I'm not a bodybuilder and don't pretend to be one. I'd honestly rather eat the foods I enjoy, maintain this shape while being happy, and have a high quality of life. I've been below 10% before, and the work required to achieve that made the process miserable.
over 40, you should stop use kettlebell. they are dangerous for such old folks
