That’s why I upload new videos every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on this fitness channel to give you kettlebell beginner and advanced workout videos, including kettlebell fat loss routine, kettlebell training for strength, kettlebell HIIT workouts, etc. I will also share helpful tips and routines that you can do at home or in the gym using dumbbells, barbells, bands, body weight, and other strongman implements. These are designed to achieve maximum muscle development, burn fat for hours, increase core strength and ultimately help you move more explosively WITHOUT experiencing aches and pains from inflammation and overtraining. Best of all, these workouts typically only take 10 minutes or less, so you can get fast & dramatic results that help you look good naked and perform like a BEAST...without dedicating your life to fitness. ~THE WORKOUT~
(a) Goblet Squat (:30 sec - :20 sec - :10 sec AMRAP)
(b) Goblet Reverse Lunge (:30 sec - :20 sec - :10 sec AMRAP)
(c) Deadlift (:30 sec - :20 sec - :10 sec AMRAP)
(d) Goblet Walk (50 ft. - After :10 sec Deadlift AMRAP)
[Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]

Hi. Good stuff. Shorter workouts definitely feel like the way to go - more achievable and sustainable long term. Two questions: how often should this workout be done? (Could it be done daily?) And what is a realistic starting weight kettle bell for a beginner trying this workout? Thanks
Training like this can be done daily, but if that isn't possible, I'd say lifting 3x per week is a solid goal.

Would love to know how you set a timer for 30/30/30/10/20/20/20 etc? using your cell phone?
TABATA timers apps. Lots of em.
Yea, its just the timer app on my phone that I prop up with a brick...
It's an interesting idea. I may give it a try. One thing I notice on your videos is that you often train in sandals. You don't find that uncomfortable? I seems dangerous to me.
Barefoot is the only way.
It fits his whole “bath house” aesthetic. Like his Dolly shirt.
If you drop a 24kg weight on your foot it will do damage whether you are wearing lifting shoes or sandals.
@@rootd22 of course, but I'm not thinking about that. Slip on footwear like that is not very stable, especially when doing loaded lunges and carries.
There are benefits for foot strength, but if I'm being completely honest, it's just the Florida man in me...
