    Funny, I happen to be doing this. On week four Day 1 tomorrow morning. Doing QD on opposite days & pullups in the evenings.

      @PowerCraftTraining Yeah, I was an RKC instructor in '05 and have had a KB since 2002. Actually, Jeff Neupert was in my '05 class. So, I think I got this, but I appreciate it.

      ​@@billmcpherson706 Oh, you're the real OG then! I'm wondering, how much variety do you have in your training? I can imagine it could become quite repetitive and boring if you stick to the same few programs.
