I love how much she eats, especially how she eats EVERYTHING ON THE FOOD PYRAMID!!! I've noticed that some vegans really just eat pasta, bread and majority of their intake is based on fruit.... But this girl eats a really good variety and it inspires me to do the same😍 keep up the good work👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I think she was saying that she primarily depends on her plant based diet to give her energy rather than solely depending on coffee. Lol, she probably stays energized throughout the day due to her diet. Unlike most who eat an unhealthy diet and chug coffee because we're sooo tired...but we're mostly tired because of our diet. But anyway...there's that lol
"If you're drinking enough water, eating enough food, getting enough sleep" the majority of the population doesn't which is why they depend on caffeine 😂 those all sound like luxuries nowadays lmao

Instructions for Growing Broccoli sprouts:
1. Add 2 tablespoons of broccoli sprouting seeds to a widemouthed quart jar.
2. Cover with a few inches of filtered water and cap with the sprouting lid.
3. Store in a warm, dark place overnight. I use a kitchen cabinet for this.
4. The next morning, drain the liquid off and rinse with fresh water. Be sure to drain all the water off.
5. Repeat this 3-4 times a day. Continue to store your seeds in a warm, dark place. After a few days, the seeds will start to break open and grow. The biology major in me is absolutely enamored with this process!
6. Eventually, the sprouts will be an inch or so long and have yellow leaves. Now you can move the sprouts out into the sunlight.
7. Continue to rinse them 3-4 times a day until the leaves are dark green. Now they are ready to eat!
This whole process will take about a week. Patience is key!
Once they are ready, replace the sprouting lid with a standard mason jar lid and store in the refrigerator.
Serve on top of salads, stirred into soups, or however strikes your fancy.
I so agree with you. I am struggling a bit with stopping my HIIT workouts. I started doing yoga and walking every day, and then lifting weights twice a week in a calm way because I was really overexercising before. We all need to find the form of exercise that makes us feel good, rather than killing ourselves in our workouts!!

I admit I've been in a rut especially when it comes to exercise, but hearing the good vibes you have about Yoga Fix 90 (which I've been trying to complete ever since it came out) and cycling just makes me want to go the extra mile. Thank you for this! I agree with you 100% on what you said about exercise. Honestly I think it's awesome that you are doing what is healthy for your body right now. Most vegan youtubers spend so much of their days working out with a rigid routine, and I'm not saying that's bad, but I think it puts a message out there that in order to be your healthiest, that's what you need to do.

Hi Caitlin. I have a question about calories. Do you track your calories? I've been vegan for 12 years, but when I try to make my diet healthier, I tend to lose a little weight and then gain it all back a month later. I've heard other youtubers mention that that could be a symptom of not getting enough calories in until I eventually cave and end up binging on vegan junk. I wonder if I should track my calories but I absolutely hate the time it takes to write every little thing down as I make a meal. Thoughts?
