Wow this was a good workout! I am heavier so a lot of these were hard . I was only able to do 15 minutes. My goal is to do the full 30
today was my first day and i also did 15 minutes, looking like i did 1 hour 😭🤣

Just did this work out and really got a sweat going! This was great, the only thing was that there was a lot of repetitive squats after one another happening which I wish were a bit more spread out for a variety. Awesome video either way to get that heart rate going.

I gotta hand it to her, I've never seen so many ways to do squats in 30 minutes.
This, I got skeptical halfway through and decided to scan through the workout
90% of this "full body" is squats
Props to her legs though, she's got some killer endurance in them, but I was upset to find, well, nothing but legs

after countless breaks, and one long break, I manage to finish this. I know that this is easy for others but for me my leg is burning. I will try to take less break next time, but for this time i'm proud of myself for being able to finish this for the first time.

Amazing workout. I was realy sweating, that too without any jumps. But this was more of a leg workout than a full body workout.

Thanks for this workout. I really hope I would be able to lose some fat before August. I am doing these full body workouts almost every day, and I think I am eating properly since I got some meal plans from Next Level Diet. I even got some workout plans as a bonus. So far I have lost 13 lbs, and it is mostly fat as I can see.

Finished it about 3 hours ago and forgot to edit, the workout was insane for the legs, I’ve been focusing on mostly cardio for a month or so, so doing this was HARD. Second half was definitely slower because my legs were so numb I thought they might give out 😂. I’m recovered now but stairs are a struggle. This was my experience mostly because I haven’t had a leg day in months haha, 100% worth the pride when you’re done though!

Tried it 3 times a week for 3 weeks. It was not a full body but a leg day and ... now I have to move to your knee friendly videos for the time being before coming back to this one.
Yeah I had to modify some of these due to my left knee. Lunges always get me. I subbed some for karate kicks and kept moving. I can do squats as long as I lift my toes slightly off the floor. Keeps me in proper form every time.

If anyone is curious I burned 211 calories with this workout, I literally thought ´´another squad are you kidding me´´, if you have bad knees be carefull. And also at 85% I got a headache, sweat dripping everywhere and at 92% I was so dizzy omg.

I had to take a little break halfway between round 2 but I was able to finish this on my first try!! im definitely adding this to my weekly rotation of workouts ❤
Since fitness is relative, this was an easy workout for me. That said, I’m so thankful because in the name of a “hard” workout, I would’ve skipped it today. Im super happy I did it and I’ll be coming back any time I am low on motivation or it’s just hard for me to get my mind to lift super heavy or run very fast.
