    This 10 minute workout is AWESOME. It gives me the incentive to take a few minutes, even when that is all I have, to work on my arms. I am going to be following her like crazy. I travel for work a ton, not to mention in the office, and barely have time for golf and tennis. I can do these exercises on the fly-no pun intended!
