  • 15 minute sculpt & tone arm workout! This pilates at home workout uses bala bangles or wrist weight or light weights. This is the best pilates at home workout challenge and day 10 is the start of the last week! This class is a mix of pilates & some athletic moves to keep you on your toes! Feel stronger and more confident today!
    This challenge is designed to do anywhere, which is great for December where a lot of y'all are traveling or running short on time. Two weeks, 10 workouts under 30 minutes. I will add a few workouts below if you want to add another workout to your day. I am so excited to workout with y'all! Lets end 2021 stronger, more confident and energized for the start of 2022!
