This is day 5 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute arms, abs & back toning workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

NGL at the end of it, my arms burnt and died but burn and death was absolutely worth it.
Pat on my back for being consistent for straight 5 days, because it’s a big deal for me.

Thanks madeleine for another great workout! You really inspired me to get back to exercising and eating a proper diet. I do have one request though which is if you can take a sec to demonstrate the position before starting the timer because I often find myself taking a sec to correct my position then having to rewind the video to get the full seconds. You probably won’t see this anyway but if other people can relate hopefully you guys can upvote this 😅.

This went by in two seconds I swear!! I struggled with my balance on the first two-three exercises, but then it started to get easier. Thank you Madeline!!! 💞 :)

Day 5✅: It felt so quick I was surprised when we were done! Leaving the arms for last was definitely the way to go ‘cause I don’t think I would’ve been able to plank afterwards lol. Thank you so much for this!

Great and intense workout on Day 5! But anybody else having trouble with their wrists? As the days progress they get more sore during each workout and its making me take more breaks in between!

half of the excersizes just hurt my wrists
Τhe advice I was give was to put the weight kinda on the fingers like slighyly clawing into the mat and not on thw back of the palms! Hope it helps, I will try it out soon

Day 5, done! I really can’t thank you enough. Your workouts burn and relax me at the same time. I feel so accomplished because I can actually push myself and feel the sore, but not have my heart rate go haywire. Its perfect for someone who has sinus tachycardia. I don’t black out . LOVE YOU, BESTIE! 💕
Day 5 ✅ took two rest days and will be among up for it. who knew body weight exercises had this much impact on your muscles
that last exercise really did me in! this was a total burner!

day number 5 done, I am super proud, the routines are intense, but they can be done perfectly, since I started, my body hurts a lot, but I am noticing changes, I really recommend it.

I was not feeling like doing it but as I know that last time I failed because of this laziness.. if l skip one day then i know now that I'm going to fail again that's why I'm trying to complete it on the daily basis.... @@aimalisar150hi! Incorporate 15-30 minutes of cardio wit preferably 5 times s week. This can be either walking, dancing, are cardio exercises, just get in the extra movement + pilates
Day 5 down and love the consistency…seeing a definite difference and my abs are so sorry, but love the gains and body improvements that I am seeing ❤ congrats to everyone making it this far
Day 5- I wanted to start before January to get in the grind before I made it a true resolution. I love these work outs and they never fail to burn! This month long series is so perfect to keep me motivated! Knowing that a video is ready each day and I don’t need to spend time looking really helps me get into a good rhythm

Heyy im only at the 5th day but i can definitely feel the results. Thank you for these videos. I wanted to suggest you something as a person does this challenge. It'd be good to add a little preview of the next move at the end of the current move. So it'd be easier and faster to get ready to next move
The previous days had me going jelly and shaking everywhere but after reaching day 5, things become more easier and I felt more balanced and nailed it without stopping for breaks.

Day 5:✅ I've been doing these exercises for five days straight I'm very proud of myself, and day after day it gets easier, depending on the heartburn that goes to my back, to my abs, to my leg, and today it's on my wrist, but in time it gets great and it make me feel good.Also, I no longer feel time when it ends 🥰, so I hope to complete this plan until the end and be satisfied with myself. I love your videos so much, I am proud of myself to come this far, I had been a complete coach potato for the past 6 months but when I read the comments how everyone was following the workout videos and pushing themselves to be a little more active, I was really encouraged by your comments guys. So out of nowhere I first did the one week pilates workout and then doing this 1 month one, I completed day 4, today. It was so amazing and easy to follow, I will do this one tomorrow hopefully. I started this with the goal of weight-loss. But I'm 5 days in, picked up running as a side quest and I have never felt so happy and so at peace with myself. I've started to look forward to my workouts because they feel like selfcare. I'm not torturing my body to lose weight, I'm taking care of it and "collaborating" with it. It's not even about weight anymore
had a few days break but now i`m back and so happy that I managed to do it. I`m so proud of you all and myself. Remember, hard work always pays off!!
Day 5 complete!! Getting used to the movements now, my body stopped shaking whenever I'd lift my leg up or do 'pushups'!! Feeling awesome!

Day 3:✅ Info: I was crying on the end cuz I felt like a loser and if I'm gonna fail like always..but ended up finishing it, I'm gonna reward myself with a cold refreshing shower 🚿👏.

day 5: girl really tricked me into doing a full body workout BSKSJKSJSKSLL. this felt really easy, even for someone with weak arms, i felt the burn with the lasts excersizes.
i saw myself in the mirror and didnt see much of a change, my posture is getting a little bit better, my tight gap getting a lil bigger, and my stomach id getting a little bit flatter, ima keep going for sure 💪💪💪
