Sometimes I wish Too Apree would reflect his rights in a more forceful way. Like I get the whole chill thing, but if he threw out something like "oh, so you're violating my 1st amendment rights or whatever?" or like in this case ask for that LEO's supervisor and have them double guess the situation and be like "oh, this guy actually knows what he's talking about. mayyybe we should think twice about this" that would be an interesting turn around, and see their reaction to legitimate and constitutional push back.
