Scanning QR Codes is a Crime Now?!

@@rhmrr01 2A says everyone can carry their guns anywhere(in public).
@@Aaron__Parker 2A says nothing about being in public. So criminals should be able to keep and bear their arms in prison, right?
@@mennoknight78 Yes, and the fourth amendment says nothing about emails, so I guess according to your logic, the constitutionally recognized and protected right to privacy doesn't apply to emails. The right to keep and bear arms is an essential right derived from human nature. The Second Amendment is obligated to recognize that right because it cannot legitimately deny it. You have by the mere fact of being born on this earth and being a human being, the natural right to defend yourself from any danger with whatever device is necessary, no matter if it's your fists, a pencil, a knife or a firearm. The fact that the second amendment doesn't say "in public" is absolutely irrelevant. Furthermore, when it comes to fundamental rights, restrictions are the exception and only apply when a crime is involved.
When you decide to hurt or threaten to hurt someone, or steal someone's property, or damage someone's property and not compensate them for it, you are a criminal and your rights are lost or restricted. When you are not a criminal, that is, when you have not created a material and concrete victim by your actions, no man-made law or policy can take away your rights. That is why all people who are not criminals can bear arms in public because it is their natural right that the Second Amendment codifies in the words of men and gives it recognition and protection.

The moment you even hint at wanting to harm yourself, gives them the leeway to keep you in a psych ward, possibly a jail holding cell.

Is this how people would treat an autistic? Your vids are funny and at the same time eye opening. Good work my friend
Yeah its how most people react. Its unpleasent. People are we9rd suspicious and nasty 50% of humans are inherently evil but most consciously or subliminally suppress this but it streaks out when there is a chance. If you watch people all day you willw ee it frequently.. Little flashes of malice a person whos not so capable will become a target for many
They treat disabled people and impaired people like this all the time.
People aren't around others with neurological disorders which make them ignorant.
I seen it growing up being around various people even from other cultures.
One of my children is autistic. I also work with developmentally disabled people. Focusing, or obsessing on things like this is “normal” for them. It’s harmless and makes them happy. Sometimes they have to do this to get through their day. It’s sickening the lack of education and compassion these “monkeys” have. SMDH

Yeah right, why would you ever want those guys? Remember that the next time your house is getting broken into or the next time you get assaulted on the street. If you don’t appreciate your need for the police then don’t call them next time something happens.
This guy was making everyone in that post office uncomfortable, which is disturbing the peace. He wasn’t there to scan the QR codes or he wouldn’t have been recording. He would’ve just been on his camera scanning the codes and it would’ve taken a few minutes without saying anything to anyone. They even tried to help him and at that point it was clear that he wasn’t trying to do what he said he was trying to do. Now at that point, you have no idea what he’s here for. official business? They don’t know. Is he there to scan the QR codes? Doesn’t seem like it. So being uncomfortable afterwards is absolutely reasonable, especially in today’s world.
@@SaltyPancakesJrThe2ndif my house is getting broken into I’ll be sure to call a cop so that they can arrive 10 minutes after the robber left and shoot my dog then tell me there’s nothing they can do

I guess some people are comfortable with the postal service having footage of them for security purposes, but not a random person recording them for no apparent reason. Yet the fact remains he has the right to do so, and people need to realize that just because they feel uncomfortable doesn't mean a crime is being committed.

The officer is Jimmie Rivera. Veteran UFC and current BKFC fighter 😂 “I’m chill” 🤙
With all their concern about discomfort, they might consider using a "comfort station."
Them trying to help Asif and he keeps returning to recording might be the funniest thing I've seen him do, and that's a high bar.
They don't have the authority to close a public building during business hours next time ask for the postmaster
I can't believe cop told them to close ! He needs to go work in a box factory! 🤣😅
Do a return audit and see if she's there... she won't be! She's in direct violation of USPS rules. She should be charged federally for closing a post office with the highest penalties. The mail must go through. What a horrible disgrace!
Not only do they have the authority to close a public building but they also have the right to trespass him. The dopey cops in the second segment need education on the law.
nope
@@GreyKnight7777 You cannot be trespassed from a public building. Go back to law school.
It's always good to have the comfort police on the job
I LOVE that you didn’t bend to their whoopsy little feelings, and just kept chillen or whatever.Your videos make me sooooo happy. You’re awesome!!!!!

Haha I thought it was just me. No doubt his videos get watched on avg 2-3 times
No delays.
Same here!
High IQ trolling QR scanning extraordinaire. Professionally played sir.
I think you are wonderful and hilarious, it’s funny how people are so concerned about their comfort when you absolutely were strange but not scary!
I love your style of doings things. It just amazes me how cameras are everywhere yet soon as a citizen pulls out one and participates in a lawful activity they get triggered 😂
These videos really prove how unchill people are becoming.
Becoming? Where the fuck have you been for the last 23 years.
Yea they need to just chill out or whatever
Long Island audit has taught me to always ask for poster number seven. It clearly states you can film in the public areas.
Poster 7 also states what you can't do but everyone doesn't read those ?
Officer Rivera is a recently ex ufc contender. Jimmie rivera. Wow. I recognized him right away.
i knew i would find this buried deep in the comments or whatever
Near the end of his life, Andy Kaufman planned a college tour - but not as a performer. Instead, he envisioned a series of lectures entitled On Creating Reality: the Physics of Human Response. Although he died before delivering a single lecture, his agent had printed promotional material in the form of postcards. The material teased the lecture would discuss Andy’s career in relation to “the dynamics of human behavior.”
2AP channeling AK in this one
Too Apree is my absolute favorite 1st Amendment auditor. When I first saw audit videos, I didn't understand the purpose. I support this activity 100%. Cops with power boners are a cancer. Postal workers with power boners are pathetic.
Once the Police Officier determined you were being erratic and refusing psychiatric help. I thought his next move would have been to offer you an application for the police dept.
Literal LOL
🤣🤣🤣
Hahahahahahaha😂
daaaaayum lol
😂
Their well paid positions should be held by people who are "comfortable" working in our diverse society.
I love it when you take way to long to scan QR codes. Not as much as Umbrella Boy, but it's pretty close. "But I have an Android" lol
Scanning QR codes is super chill. 😎
This guy is on a whole 'nother level. This is "Master Craft"
