Ive been arrested for hearsay before. see I had no clue about my ex girlfriends habit of crying rape against her exs. not before it was too late. BUt officer liberty knew my ex girlfriend and he laughed about it, the judge and the lawyers on both sides knew her too, it was a small town and I was an outsider. so every legal person knew her and her antics and still prosacuted me anyways. FORTUITOUSLY, I recorded her freaking and assault on me. The case got dropped but still, I should never of gone through the ringer since they all knew she was a lying VVhore. But instead they laughed and cuffed me and processed me. THANK GOD I knew enough to record.

Right. They literally witnessed a threat of assault in front of them while she's holding pepper spray, but continued to pursue a complaint of an act that isn't a crime made by the person making threats. Then they witness her assault him and don't even pursue that crime. It's unreal.
the assault with the pepper spray was bad enough, and don't get me wrong that was an actual assault, but then an assault involving actual physical contact occurred and instead of arresting her they said that her assault was simply 'entertainment for the victim of your assault' meaning not only was it not a crime, it was benefitial to the victim... absolutely insane policing.

They did do something about it, they immediately addressed her actions and attempt to de-escalate. The battery was very minor, no physical harm or damage appears to have been done, it's not an unreasonable use of officers discretion. Asif could still have seeked charges, but was chill. We can also report the alleged crime as well.
