The difference is that someone coming in to document their surveillance cameras could be casing the business for a robbery or worse. You have the right to surveil your own establishment. Banks and prisons likewise don't appreciate people taking videos of their security.

Is it wrong to be argumentative - redress our grievances with our government officials when they are violating our rights or when they are wrong about the law - constitution etc 🤔 We have every right to express our distain any way we choose as long as it’s not threatening or incident violence… I think that it is a big problem that we don’t have more people raising hell redressing their grievances and helping expose all the corruption within our government organizations - blue line gangs..

It is pretty amazing that TOO APREE is able to get as many cops as he does smiling, laughing, completely chilling out and defending him as he is auditing in public. A lot of the public...business owners, managers and workers as well as postal workers and so on mellow out and change gears and lose their hostility too, which is good...as long as they LEARN that video/audio recording in public IS LEGAL to do and PROTECTED.

It’s a government building, so yes you can record in the building. Taxpayers paid for that building. Even Poster 7 which should be posted someplace there says people can record. The police were chill. The robot costumes were fantastic!!!

I understand both perspectives as this public filming is a fairly new thing and I think people just need to understand that it's a right so for that officers to explain the process and why you are filming is respectful for both sides and a great de-escalation technique.

I swear, I got tears in my eyes right after 15:03. The captain or supervisor did the right thing and protected the citizen from uninformed public employee.
