I’ve been going through a bout of depression lately. I’ve stumbled up Apree and have binged watched all his videos including the pranks and he’s been getting me through some tough time. Keep up the good work brother !

Some other things that help me personally n maybe u is I been learning a language, watching travel vids from Walter world cus he's a genuine guy and those cheer me up.
I'm on a French kick to occupy my mind so les frenchies channel is also helpful.
Wineking is great. I Don care about wine but his videos getting treated poorly in French restaurants n how he handles it is pretty fun to watch.
Basically I try to avoid confrontations as much as possible n stay away from toxic bitter people online.
I love sports but it's very tribal n I get emotionally invested so deleting social media's n taking a hiatus from sports has really helped.

I can name a lot of suggestions for many things that have really been helped.
Try to build a routine. Stretch at any point in the day makes u feel better. It's something to start with. Try to refrain from consumerism as much as possible.
N most importantly, keep in mind struggle is our greatest teacher. Don't shy away but embrace these moments. You're going to be ok, you just need the confidence n optimism. You're strong n u can handle anything thrown at u. Tell yourself that all the time.
I'm not religious but book of jove, where God took everything from him n he never lost his faith n optimism even when he questioned it. Carry that kind if attitude.
For all we know, this is all for a reason.
Seriously don't stress anything. Enjoy every moment even the suffering u can find light in it.
