Do a search and you will see, just like all other states, especially in big cities, auditors exist and also film in north Philly.
People always say silly things like “they will never film in my city/town/hood/street”.
Or “you will not film people in my area because we don’t “allow” or “put up” with that.”
A “camera in my face” in my opinion, is when a photographer intentionally moves their camera in a way where I have to move back/away to avoid being touched by that camera.
Otherwise it’s just a camera pointing at you or in your direction.
My definition of “camera in my face” (I’m forced to move to avoid being touched by that camera) is illegal.
You will never find an auditor of any value, worth their salt, doing anything like this intentionally.
The bottom line is when you are in public, leave others the hell ALONE. We have many legal and “no legal” remedies if someone uses your picture or likeness in a harmful way.
When you are in public, just assume you have a camera on you 100% of the time. If you are hiding from people, businesses, government entities, ex’s, and such.. stay the hell inside or wear a disguise or sunglasses while in public.
I promise you, nobody, I don’t care how tough or badass you think you are, will ever be proud of being locked up for assaulting a stranger for taking pics or video.

Although one could argue that this type of troll content creation is not beneficial for society and actually devalues it, you could also argue the opposite.
