hey samnmy! just a tip (since i am also doing a calorie deficit) you will get an accurate amount weighing out stuff (like cheese and sauce) from weighing on a food scale instead of measuring it in the cups!

I'm wondering if it would work if you tweaked the soup recipe and used blended lowfat cottage cheese instead of cream cheese? Lower calorie, less fat and more protein. 🤷♀️
