My regular hot chocolate is 9 total and net carbs so I was really hoping that “keto” swiss miss would have a whole lot less, especially considering it’s sweetened with every alternative sweetener in the book. I’m a little disappointed to say the least but glad y’all enjoyed it. I’m just jealous that you guys have the zero sugar caramel macchiato creamer and Gold Peak sweet tea. We don’t have those flavours up here in Canada yet but I hope they come soon! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I'm on a 1200/day diet and allowed 60g of carbs. I have celiac and was recently diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. I eat vegetables and lean meat, absolutely no tortillas, bread, pasta, sweets, etc and make everything from scratch. I keep track of fats, fiber, protein, sugars, carbs, calories etc and have not lost any weight. I exercise but nothing. I wish I knew what else I can do to shed 15-20 lbs and it would perfection. Don’t miss the bad stuff one bit thank goodness 😊
I think that eating only 1200 calories is putting your body into starvation mode, especially if you are working out. When this happens, your body holds onto every calorie as it thinks you are starving and it slows your metabolism. I have been there and done that. I don't know who gave you that calorie amount, but you definitely are not going to lose weight by under eating.
Maybe intermittant fast ???
Try Intermittent Fasting. Last December I was hospitalized and doctor asked if I was diabetic. My blood sugar was 135. I started intermittent fasting and keto on January 1st. In may I had blood work done and my A1c was 5.4 and blood sugar was 85! I eat my first meal between 11 and 12, and my dinner no later than 6 pm. So I fast between 17 and 18 hours. I feel great! I’ve lost 59 lbs.
You have got to start fasting! You are eating too often and you must fast to jump start your metabolism! You will absolutely see results! Best wishes!

I got the no sugar added fat free hot chocolate and it is one net carb less than the keto then I add the fat.

The swiss miss sugar free raises my glucose!!!!! Because it has maltodextrin in it a d maltodextrin is hogh on the glycemic scale look this up
