Thanks Paul this is the exact combo I want to learn. Plus the forward roll, thank you for breaking that down.
I suppose you could do a few consecutive forward rolls but then you'd have do some back rolls to unwind the straps :)
Haven't tried shoulderstand on the rings yet. Curios about being as easy as the P bars version.
This is the best forward ring roll tutorial I’ve found, thanks!
Awesome! Thank you!
The fotward roll seems such an easy one but couldn't get the mental fortitude to go forward half an year ago I tried that. Going back offers so much more control 😊 The version with slow move is definitely something to try next time. Pulling the legs apart before going forward/straps use should be the "brake" I need.
So at the top of movement do you lock out elbows fully like in planche or little bend is ok?? Cause it puts lots of stress on elbow joints
Will you please do a workout video for intermediate people please.
Also great video as always 👌
Yes more coming, but what skills?
@@PaulTwyman maybe something for tuck planche or something but its up to you :)
Can you do it at home with rings on a pull-up station? Is it unsafe?
how wide ist your bar, how deep are the feet, stabilizing the station? However I'm doing it at home, no safety concern here, even though everything's on the narrower side.
@@s4mbuk4 43 inches wide, 7 feet tall. I fear of "flipping" the station if I lose control while trying to handstand.
