If you can, try some advanced tuck planche push ups. They’re quite a bit harder than tucked ones, so I’m curious to see if you could do it.

12, need to get a bit stronger. Love your stuff mate, would recommend his "SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE Planche and Front Lever Program"
18, but can't do free handstand push up 16 and 17.
I am working now on my planche, and I think targeting planche will make handstand very easy.
19. You make it look way too easy though! I guess i might have to add some of those slow negatives from HS to PU position to my cool down routine again.

12, just lacking the handstand balance for 13 right now.
And thx, this video gave me an idea how to do pikes from a deficit position, pbars and feet on bed. Gonna implement that into my training. :)
Yeah the balance opens the door to lots of skills and yes the Pike Push Up set will work well

Balance is way more of a limiting factor for me at 13 than strength is at 14 or 15.
How tf are tuck planche push ups harder than deep handstand pushups? 😅
10 because I can't hold handstand
11 and 12 don’t require a handstand. You are leaning on the wall. I am 10, too based on strength. I can do a handstand decently well, but can’t push myself up from the bottom position.
Need to keep getting stronger!
