When I say I love y’all as a unit…. I like legit! Love y’all and don’t care who knows it lol! A part of me wants y’all to adopt me as y’all niece or something lol because I just want my son and I to know this type of community but just to have this extension of insight in this format has been so helpful and I’m thankful! Big love to the entire fam
When I was about 10 a community College offered braiding classes for kids. It was a great opportunity and I style my daughter's hair now because of it.
Literally needed to hear this! My favorite parts, “you make me feel, part” & “ I didn’t choose you because you are like me” ugh! So many couples NEED to hear that. This blessed me! Praying for you guys always.
I really feel like you all listened to me when I asked for a homeschool video a couple weeks ago. 😂 I know you all were probably going to do it regardless, but I’m just saying I feel heard. Thank you ❤The homeschool video was everything I needed and some.

I have struggled with feeling inadequate too as I’m comparing myself to another person when we’re working together 😔 so I’m going to start combating that will gratitude, like mentioned, and also praise and saying something like “you’re such a great speaker, it’s a skill that growing in so I’m thankful to have you to partner with” 😅

Glen, thank you for how you make room for Yvette to share, and having such a heart that "visibly to me" show how you accepted her apology and was grateful she now understood some part of you and your walk too now. Oh and thank you for your patience for her to have God change her perspective not just for you, but for her too.

I understand completely, my husband owns a care giving agency and employs a lot of care givers, pays wages towards their mortgage, pension, gives training, provides interns, ensure healthcare service is up to policies, it’s A LOT!
However, I work part time on my own business and employment while also being at home with the kids. I often think to myself “he has it so easy, he can go to work and sort out the business only worrying about work. He doesn’t have to worry about anything at home”
BUT I really need to shift my perspective, he has a lot of peoples livelihood on his shoulders including his own family. So I really need to try harder to be more understanding and attentive.
I love that Baby Girl wants to go to hair school especially at such a young age!🤗 Let her go to CZcams university and learn things she wants to try. Order her a mani Quinn head off Amazon. She’ll have clients by Jr High or High School and can attend beauty school as soon as the area you all are in allows. Also…. As long as the front is on point the back can do what it’s doing, it’s supposed to look like that, leave that Baby alone! 🤣🤣 (jk) Sincerely, a Managing Cosmetologist 😉

I started back in high school doing friends hair at home, got mad and retired in high school 🤣 went away to college for physical therapy but didn’t finish and I ended up in Cosmetology school when I was 25 and I’ve been licensed since 2009. There are SO MANY opportunities and niches she can go into with her license (and it’s recession-proof) and if she gets tired of it she can always throw it in her back pocket for rainy days. As of the last couple years I’ve gotten burnt out so I’m pivoting to permanent make-up so that I’m not behind the chair as much. That’s one of the down sides of the industry is work/life balance and how hard it is on your body so make sure to express to her how important it is to take care of her mind and body and keep her core strong! 💜
R. Clark I dito all of that from one cosmetologist to another. Retired at 50 right before the pandemic.
@@rclark1132 this is my daughter’s life except she was in school to be a dentist. Now she owns a couple of salons and other service businesses.
