Today i train back and chest... GVT was so tuff i couldn't complete deadlift sets.. i hv done only 4 sets of deadlifts (65℅ which was 100kg).. ur program is so tuff that it will absolutely break muscle building pleauto...! Thank u... Love from Goa 💓💓
