      @@mrr-ss5956 well I followed mascular 8 fat loss program, honestly it was less about mixing two. I also tried different programme of his. I mean I have figured out u need to give a lot of time in gym, do it slow and precise to make it work, it comes down to how u create tension around muscles.if done fast does not work much. So in short I think it works.

    Thanks Maan sir, today I started Chest,Back and Cardio in the morning but did 5 variations of Ches&Back followed by 15 min Ellyptical for Cardio.... But just saw video and the workout plans as well and realized that we need only 4 variations... so will follow the same in next..
