    You need to take a rest day between Chest & Back (Monday) and Legs (Wednesday)...

    I tried this workout with 60% of my 1RM for squats and deadlifts..could somehow finish up the 10 sets of squats, but at the 4th set of deadlift I felt like every breath was my last breath..then I took 3 minutes rest and completed leg curls and seated calf raises. This was an awesome experience for me. I liked it a lot.. thanks a lot Jeet Sir.. I do follow every video of yours.

    Every time leg day is my favorite but when i hit this. I experience that it was much harder than i think and it was that much hard that i couldn't steps down and i use lift for first time in my Gym. Thanks Sir

      @@mdabdulmoiz not true. Some people genuinely like training legs. My leg days have a lot of squatting. Back squats, Front squats, overhead squats. In fact, I train legs twice a week and my quads have grown awesomely!

    Kal mene apki ....day 1 of gvt follow ki he ......me sirf 5 set mar paya bench press ke ....aur aj mere muscle soreness horaha he ....which means it worked ❤❤❤

    Thanks for sharing GVT program. Today I did Chest & Back, seriously I am not able to complete 10 sets, my body gives up in 8 sets for both compound movements. I feel a huge pump in my chest and stiffness in the back.

    I have started the gvt program yesterday by doing chest/back aur gadar workout tha frankly speaking. After completion, i feel like sahi mein truck se takar lagi ho but now i m filling little bit soreness in pecs, whole back and somehow my hamstrils and glutes are also in it. I Have taken the rest today as per instruction.

    10x10 is a monster. I did 10x3 using 110 (little greater than 55% of 1RM) and that was humbling. I simply do not have enough stamina to do a 10x10 with one plate (60).

    I do 3 time workout in a week ...
    Each exercise 5 sets 6 reps
    Squat 80 kg ,deadlift 120kg , bench 90kg , bend over 60 kg , shoulder press 40kg , clean n press 60 kg 4 sets 8 reps
