  • This is the results of my 12 week body transformation. Iv been so bust working two jobs that i found it really hard to eat right and train enough, however this is a good example of what the average joe can gain in 12 weeks time.     looking well bill ..work commitments pain in the rear but you done well to get to the level your at and to say you not hit a strict diet you looking good
    ..most of us who follow and watch dont stick to macro this and macro that can still end up with a fighting chance to look half decent ..keep up the good work and videos

    amazing transformation bro. congrats!!!.. ;) I'm super proud of you. keep up the hard work!. one thing I would like to see you wear in you're videos is "tight compress shirts" like, (Under armour) or spandex compress super heroes shirts. you would look more awsome!!.. btw, you are my #1 Motivation to go to the gym & do better for my self.. ;) I hope you can do a video of you wearing compress shirts. god bless you.

    like the video but if you did screenshots side by side comparing poses such as back lat spread or front double biceps it would be easier to compare

      +smakabigmac not just for growth, to see any sculpting of definition, not talking about mass. the majority of his two week challenges show improved definition in the area he works. I would like to see 3 month challenges but his channel is dedicated to 2 weeks. and if you take 4 years to change a body part then somethings off whether it's nutrition or training

    smolov jr bench , i think you bench for like 4 days a week for 3 weeks, it can raise 10-20lbs on your bench press
