- This is the results of my 6 weeks weight loss body transformation with NO DIET. I really dont like dieting and find it actually makes me demotivated and almost depressed not being able to eat what i want when i want. So for the past 6 weeks i have been eating how i want and simply going to the gym. I haven't trained for almost 3 years due to a shoulder surgery and i gained so much fat. Finally i have decided to get back into training and fix myself while still enjoying one of the best things in life.....FOOD.

I feel u on the not wanting to diet lol but at the same time you gotta be really working your ass off to burn off all those calories, and for some of us we binge eat when we don't have a diet structure of sorts
I just got out of my sling a week ago and thank god you gave me those tips. I'm 17 now and had this injury back to 2018 while playing rugby. So many dislocations before the op, but now it feels diffrent, but sometimes I feel this clicking feeling in the shoulder legiments. I Was also looking forward towards the defence force but now I have to take 3 or 4 years to train and recover properly. That was my one goal from primary school to graduating year 12. I pray that all goes well for your shoulder brother, ur probably a bit frustrated like me but it challenges that we have to face.

How is your Shoulder now ?, I’m having SLAP injury But trying not to go for surgery as it takes so long to recover and doesn’t bring you back to full strength even.
