  • This is what happens when you do 200 push ups a day for 2 weeks. No dieting and no other exercise other than the 200 push ups a day. Due to a shoulder injury and then covid- 19 i haven't trained for a long time so i wanted to test it out and see what kind of results i can achieve by doing only 200 pushups a day for 14 days. Let me know if there is anything else you would like to see or if i should keep going with the push ups and see how much more progress i can make. LIKE, COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE for more videos.

    Start at 10 pushups and 10 sit-ups
    Then progress down all the way to 1 for each workout
    You should be doing at least 55 pushups and sit-ups with this set.

    So happy to see your shoulder is doing better. I recently had open bankart repair, 3 weeks out. Surgeon told me to keep arm in sling full time for 6 weeks. They have told me to do very basic stretches. I've been researching on CZcams and found a video of more stretches during first few weeks. Can't wait to start physio and get back to lifting!
    Also your 2 weeks progress was great!

    hello brother , hope you doing great , i ended up here through your CZcams channel , i want to ask about you shoulder condition , can we able to do that gym workout with full confidence after surgery and recovery , i am 21 year old and had dislocated my should twice this year , feb then aug , now i have got surgery yesterday ,2 anchors implanted , i used to do alot of compound movements , i love doing exercises , can you please guide me as elder brother , wondering can i lift weights with same intensity i used to lift , love from india, thankyou

    Good on yer mate! Seriously don't let the injuries stop you been there (rotator cuff..knees..the lot) went almost 3 years with no training whatsoever ballooned to over 18 stone at 5'9" ! But once got back to it trained more sensible built back up to strength had age 26 when I was a real gym junkie (I'm almost 50..took me 4 years)..muscle memory real thing don't quit on yourselves guys just train smarter!

    Seriously bro, anyone who can start out doing 18 perfect push-ups on the first day is already in decent shape... Do a video for us older guys who have not done a push-up in twenty years... Good video and yes you could see a clear difference..

      When it comes to pushups there is no exact way for anybody. Everybody's body is different and so what you want to do is find how many pushups you can do and slowly progress week by week and month by month. Break them down into smaller sets

      If I keep my elbow close to my body then my shoulder is fine. Just have to learn the best positions for certain tasks. 👍👍

      Wa alakoum asalam, it’s better but not 100%. I just have to learn to do particular tasks differently or in certain positions. How is your recovery so far?

      @@trainingwithbill2067 fair enough! My one is getting better everyday, I'm still on day 4, so it feels stiff. I've started doing rehab exercises already though, hamdulillah its doing ok for now

      Now that you've reached a decent mark for recovery (enough time has elapsed for it to be the best it can be) would you say that it feels better than before surgery when your shoulder felt "clunky" - good word.

    I think if you did at least count your daily calories and calories burned you would be moving a lot faster. I don’t think you would need to change your diet that much unless it was wildly unhealthy.
