impossible in 2.5 months on 172 cms i got from 88kgs to 80, have some muscles but also fat even i burned it a lot and kept muscles but not looking slim like this, now on holidays got back 2-3kgs. starting 8.1 at the gym again but in 3 months i dont belive you can look like this...
Hey, can you tell us what excercise did you do? I got that excessive belly under line too, how to remove it? Cardio? Currently i have 4 packs stomach muscle, decent chest and arm muscle, height 165 and weight 78.. My friend said that i need to cut it 14kg into 64, and the dry muscle finally will shown. Im thinking into doing cardio to cut it fast, but is it good? I heard that too much doing cardio, can cut your muscle mass too, and its not good.. So, dou you have any advice? I want to build that V shape waist.. I'll subscribe you if you can give me a good advice for a thanks! :D
Hey Buddy, if you really want to cut, there is no way around tracking calories and then go into a deficit of 300 - 500 calories. So if you need 2500 per day, you try to only eat 2000-2200. Dont eat much less, because your metabolism can get destroyed and your results wont last for long. The most important thing is that you try to train with the same weights in the gym, so that you dont loose as much muscles. Cardio is neither bad nor good per se. The problem that many have is, that if they are in a caloric deficit and also do cardio, they dont have enough energy to keep up the same weights in the gym. Best regards and good luck!

By the way, if you want to know if your weight goal really is 64kg we need to know your current body fat percentage.
