  • In this challenge i will test the boiled egg diet challenge to see how much weight / fat i can lose in 7 days. I was able to lose 5 kg 22 pounds in 7 days 1 week through diet alone and no exercise. This has been a very popular diet claiming that people can lose up to 10 kilos/ 22 pounds in 2 weeks. so i will be putting this theory to the test for my self trying to loose as much weight as possible with diet alone and no exercise. will it work ????????? I will also be doing an update in a few days to provide an overview of the diet with the pros and cons along with the potential of possible weight gain when the diet is over.     1 day post labrum tear repair here. Been watching your other series about your surgical experience and enjoyed them. This diet just seems to be a very low calorie diet. What was your caloric intake daily?

    I used to weight 105kg (185cm tall) this february/march and now I'm between 89-90kg, after a strict diet of taco sallad and hard boiled eggs. But I had a cheat meal of at most 2000 calories once every 2 weeks. I stayed on atmost 1500 calories a day and it has been working really well (obviously). It's overall really about self-discipline and will power. It's about a change in your life style. I did do light exercising though a lot in the beginning. Going on 1-3 hours walks everyday the first 4-5 months. I quit the walking exercise, cause I realized that over all, it's the rest+strict diet that made me lose the most weight. I just rejected food when I was hungry and eventually I got used to it. so make a choice and stick with it, that's the way. same with anything really that you want to achieve. imo there are no shortcuts. the shortcut solutions "sound" nice but rarely does anyone ever keep the weight down that way (cause I have tried it before a few times and didn't work) cause they want to get back to eating unhealthy after again. so overall CHANGE OF LIFESTYLE = key.

    I think this is fake, if we dint exercise we and let's say we fast for 7 days we create a calorie deficit of 2000 cal approx. 2000 calories for 7 days is equivalent to 2 pounds! So that is 1kg. There is no way u r losing 700 gems everyday by dieting without exercise

      @@carpermanluke876 1 kg water is 1 litter of water. We drink 4 litre everyday, unless you lose the water you drink which is 4 kgs plus 1 extra litre of water you dont lose that weight. It comes down to losing 5 kgs of water weight everyday. Doesn't make sense.

      @@krushalchaudhary9882 99% of people do not drink 4l of water a day. And you can't calculate how much water you lose! Plus your maths is wrong anyway...1lb of fat is equivalent of 3500 caloric deficit, if you were in a caloric deficit of 2000 a day for 7 days that's (2000x7=14000=4lbs of fat lost) that's the average person. Some people with more weight to lose will lose it quicker and with more water weight.
