What if I have never been arrested and it never happened? No police report, no witnesses, I have a completely clean record, and I can prove the allegations are false.
My sons mother and her current husband are making false allegations and statements in order to gain an advantage in custody.
She’s claiming we broke up in 2017 due to domestic violence and I have been obsessed ever since. However, her and my sons all lived with me from 2020-2022. Which again I can prove. She also contacted me and we met up in 2023.
Does proving all of this take away their credibility and weaken the case?
I have never been arrested or committed a crime in my life. I am innocent but I am also super nervous 😟

Where are they making these allegations? In family court? If so, is it part of a restraining order?
Generally, the more that you can show that your accuser told verifiable lies on important things (especially if you can show that it was not a simple mistake, but was instead a lie) the more that you weaken their credibility on the unverifiable allegations.

@@veronicatbartonesq the judge continued the hearing to the 1st because they weren’t prepared. When I was ready to proceed.

@@veronicatbartonesq i have verifiable evidence that proves petitioner is lying. They responded with a evidentiary objection. In the objection, they are changing their original statement/testimony. Blatantly lying in their testimony now. It is in family court I believe.
