I caught my x calling another guy when she told me who I recognized the name and googled him a prison picture came up i showed her and she got up and ran to the PD and said i assaulted her 10 days
Later she visited me and shows me a picture of her arm bruised... I'm like i didn't do that she kept asking me to apologize i refused because it would be me lying...**she tried to commit suicide when i caught her cheating Early in the relationship, so i know she is willing and capable of inflicting harm on herself to get her way

Hello, Veronica. If the victim states that they did use physical force on you and attacked first/continuously and the defendant only used enough force to stop you, would this admission to the court be used by the court to press charges against the victim? Thank you!

Not sure if you have a video on this, but is it typical to still not get access to the police report after four months from the day of the arrest? In some states you can request public records, but even your attorney not having the police report yet after that many months is that typical in cases of DV misdemeanor cases?

Thank you for this! Is this once you've already gone to court? Or before court/no court date set?
