I always thought that a false accusation could destroy a man but your video gives me hope that innocent men could put up a good defense if they know how to respond in the courtroom or if they have a great attorney.

I had a stroke that pretty much impaired my right side but i was throwing Mike Tyson rights got my daughter lying and saying she seen me with my hand up in the air. Haven't raised that hand in nearly two years over my head... how do women not get prosecuted for lying and soliciting others to đ€„ lie
Hopefully some one can help as it's tge weekend so I can't contact the courts.
I live in Nebraska & the DVRO filed against me was issued from a District & County that the Pettitioner doesn't reside in, though they may be staying in that district (for a day at the time I was served).
I don't want to embarrass my wife or cause further issues by fighting this so if I can file for dismissal on those grounds that woukd save a lot of hurt.
So if a woman is lying and falsely accusing her spouse of DV, then the man has to prove that she is lying and the woman does not need to have evidence of her statement or story ?!
In a criminal case, the burden is on the prosecution to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. But, as an instruction that the jury receives emphasizes, the testimony of a single witness is evidence. If believed, it can be enough to convict you. (âHardâ or corroborating evidence is not necessarily required for a conviction.)

My ex-wife is falsely accusing me of domestic violence and theft in family court and filed a DVRO. I have NEVER touched her, nor have I taken anything from her. Several other awful actions she did and she tried to let the police arrest me.
I am a physician and located in New York and defending myself in family court against her absolute lies and false accusations.

â@@veronicatbartonesqhi Veronica, this is something that I am going through currently. Because of this false charge it has been hard for me to find employment. I have had to resort to having a PD represent me in my upcoming case. Will this be harder to have these charges dropped using PD?
