    Congratulations Sheena. Im 10 days into stopping smoking and its getting easier everyday. I've decorated 2 rooms in the last week and I'm feeling great. I even found some weed that had fallen behind a tv unit ... I picked it up,, walked to the bathroom and flushed it away .

    I became a born again christain 28 years ago and tried everything to quit smoking, even the bible says renewing the mind to overcome sin, dont get me wrong I am not here to preach to anyone but to give thanks to Sheena , Nasia and God for finding your channel because now I have the right mindset and I am totally committed and all in .

    Well done👏 I am not smoking for 48 hrs now😂I know that sounds pathetic but it’s the best I’ve done in 24 years! I have read the book by Allen Car “Stop smoking - the easy way. Sounds like a similar method, have you heard of it? I was glad to find your video as I am feeling the withdrawal! Thanks for inspiring me 😁👍🙏

    I'm 55 and I was pregnant with my daughter when I was in my mid 20s same thing my obgyn said since I smoked don't quit it would be traumatic to the fetus so I smoked the entire time I carried her
