My quit smoking date was September 14, 2022 at 11:00am. And two days from now it will be a year since I had a cigarette 🚬.

My quit was August 1st 2023 11:11 pm and I am smoke/vape free still! After 20 years of this pattern of addiction i am finally free and Nasia Davos is a master key of my quit. My quit date was 8th April 2024 0830am I haven't had a smoke since then the withdrawals were horrific but 3 weeks tomorrow I feel I'm there now thanks for your encouragement I'm not going to smoke again I don't know how the 3 weeks passed so quickly

My quit day was today 12/9/23, I last smoked yesterday at 11:00am..
My quit was 23rd October, 2023. Quit after 25 years of non stop smoking.
This week marks a month since i quit chewing tobacco. And 3 weeks since ive touched any nicotine at all. These videos have been a huge help in overcoming an addiction that went on for far to long. Thank you Nasia and god bless you!
what did you do for cravings?
Thank you for helping me to quit smoking. So I can get a hip replacement. I've struggled since mother's day when my surgeon said, I must quit smoking for 6 weeks before he will do my surgery. I'm using a walker & my quality of life is limited.
I have been clean for 7 months now, but still get occasional urges to go back to smoking as I keep having dreams in which I smoke.
Those dreams can actually help you, if you wake up with relief of not smoking that reinforces good will

I found your vids last night and i find comfort in them. I am eating healthy since a year and shortly quit refined sugar, started breathing techniques and now i see why...im in the preparation stage. I see a big beast turning into a sweet pussy. When i thought:"but my fiancee..." you answered the question immediately, so this is a sign for me. I will be back with a testimony. Im in! My father had Parkinsons and dementia. My mother has schizophrenia and dementia. Quitting is very easy - matter of not smoking. I've got past the first week many times, but as their child, I'm so terrified of my mind being unreliable, that risk of death feels like a minor cost to pay. Nicotine has been proved to improve alertness and reduce those risks. Suggestions?
