    If Gary can do it, I suppose I can too! For me it's weird, I can go all day without a smoke, but once I get home in the evening, I feel the need for a cigarette. Weekends too. It's more of a mental thing than physical addiction for me I think.

    Just to share i have a quit smoking tracker running and i have saved 12,440 dollars by not smoking. Thats calculating on when cigerretes where 7.00 a pack.

      The visualization wasn't a video it was a technique of a recording teaching you to visualize yourself as a non smoker what you would be doing how you would spend your money not wasted on cigarettes.
