Exactly when I quit smoking 4 months ago,I remember not being able to react calmly to any little bit stressful situation,I would feel like I am having a nervous breakdown.I needed to learn to cope with emotions without smoking hehe,I was smoking for 17 years and now I am 31.From 14 years.First 3 weeks are hard later is getting easier and you almost forget that you even smoked.

This simple breathing method is invaluable in helping people to quit smoking. This is the most powerful tool in my toolbox! I have been a nonsmoker for almost two years now!
I quit for 7 months by using patches for two weeks and just stopped. My downfall was a big one. Our island was hit by a category 5 hurricane. No electricity, no cell phone service, no ATMs, no credit cards, no banks, no access outside your immediate area and the really big one, I didn't know if my children (who lived in my other house) were alright. Someone pulled out a cigarette and I immediately asked him for one. I know this time will work as long as no major catastrophe happens. Wish me luck. BTW, I've been smoking (except for those 7 months) for 40 years.

It works wonderfully! And the first time I heard Nasia explain that it's the DEEP BREATH that you take when smoking that calms you down, NOT the cigarette, it BLEW MY MIND!! I had NEVER thought of that, but she is absolutely right!! 💯
