    I smoked for almost 20 years.and i quit smoking for 3 years but again i started it 😌 now im watching every video of your channel just to have that freedom again.

    Done well struggling here though only have 1 a day only and no more tough to maintain but doable but obviously the main aim is to quit for good or never start but easier said than done
