Thank you for the opportunity to share my journey. I am happy to report that I’m still living my best non-smoking life. Thank you for creating a program that helped me identify my triggers and offer alternative tools to cope. I hope my journey on the road to becoming a happy non-smoker is helpful to others that can relate to not wanting to be a hostage to this addiction and take back their health. Best to all those becoming!
Thank you for trusting the CBQ Program and for sharing your story Ginger! You are an inspiration!
Ginger sharing her story helped me so much. I could identify with her. I quit; 🤩 using the program, went 7 months and just started smoking. Now I quit 2 months ago using what I learned from the program. I also am a non-smoker. Just don't think about smoking cause I know I can just quit again. 😍
