After many failed attempts, she quit 50 years later, at 65 years old with the Cognitive Behavioral Quitting (CBQ) Program.
Elizabeth became a happy non-smoker on the 21st of October, 2021, and has never missed cigarettes since!

@user-ju2if1je3d cut down to 1 a day if u can tough to maintain but doable but obviously the main aim is to quit for good or never start but easier said than done and off course no alcohol as that can lead to smoking more but yes 1 a day only defo doable if u can
@user-ju2if1je3d I quit with this program on October the 1st. The first thing I noticed was that my anxiety practically disappeared. I totally agree that smoking causes or added to the anxiety

After this video she went out and smoke a pack out,lol😂 just kidding,yeah any addiction is like a prison,i vape now,i did quit smoking,trying to quit vape now,atleast vaping is a little less harmful,but its still a prison since it is also addictive although much less addictive for me than an actual cigarette,since i can leave my vape home sometimes than go to work and just take a few puffs at nite when i get home.
I'd like big lip full snuff,,only cuz I learned to like the taste,, BUT HELL NO, cuz IL b addicted all over again🖕👺
