    After 44 years of smoking and trying every approach - from programs by the American Heart Association and Chantix to hypnosis, both individual and a group setting- Teri became a happy non-smoker on the 19th of September, 2021.
    Not only did she stop smoking, but she also found it easy. Yes, easy!

    Beautiful!! Thank you both so much. I am empowered by your conversation, especially in understanding better the mental aspects and learning to create distance between my thoughts and myself. To relax and let time pass - so simple but revolutionary! The word that came to mind is surrender… a hard concept to put in practice but I believe a truly skillful means. I loved the story about the little bird Terri! Trust your heart and intuition. Blessings to you both and many thanks for your generous sharing. It helps so much to feel that I am in good company on this journey of self discovery and healing. I will begin again with the program and follow it to the letter, to the best of my ability.

    Hi! I watched your ted talk, it gave me the right mindset to resist the temptations if smoking making it more effective for me to resist.. I followed your advise of throwing the pack of cigarettes I had and it became the first step that made me think "I'm really doing this".. I just started smoking a year an a half ago, and I know it's not that long compared to others.. But I knew I had to quit as early as I could.. The first 48 hours were really unbearable and the lack of nicotine really made me feel like I'm gonna go insane.. your videos helped me to stay on track. It's been a week and I feel alot better, there are some mental urges here and there, but the physical twitching and uneasiness when I don't light a cigarette is now gone.. I'll do my best to be consistent and have this going for long term. Thank you so much, this would've been much muuuuccchh harder if it weren't for your videos

      This is my favorite "Ask an Ex" - Teri, thank you so much for sharing your story! I felt I could relate to it on many levels when I first saw it (think that was before I even signed up for the program). I kept thinking that if it could work for you, and you genuinely seem so happy, then maybe it can also work for me, having unsuccessfully tried many times before, using many of the same methods you did. I did the program and was thinking that maybe I'm using willpower instead of mind power, so I remembered and rewatched your video and feel much better about letting the thoughts pass!     You finally wanted to quit...i quit after 30 years...did everything...now im 2 mos smoke free!!!! This woman took 50 yrs to quit...😢😢😢

    Hi nasia i am arun from india i watching in your video's more 1 years i was smoking 15 years i am try to quit smoking past 4 years but i can't stop smoking i was loss my confidence please give good personal advice for me i cant control
