  • Welcome to episode #16 of Ask an Ex.
In this video, our amazing member Rohit from California shares his story of how he quit vaping with the CBQ Method and how he combined the CBQ Program with Wellbutrin and nicotine patches.
If you've been following this channel, then you know we don't recommend using medication and nicotine substitutes with the CBQ Program (mainly because they are not needed). However, a few of our members choose to combine this program with medication or use the program to quit all nicotine, so Rohit's story is to help everyone who may be doing things a bit differently!
Rohit quit vaping on October 27, 2020, after many failed attempts, and in this interview, he's sharing how he did it and how preparation (and his great mindset!) were crucial to his success.
    Tune in to watch:
    • Why Rohit switched from smoking to vaping and why he ended up quitting vaping too.
    • Why he joined the CBQ Program even though he was already on Wellbutrin and nicotine patches.
    • Rohit's biggest fears about quitting vaping (and which ones came true)
    • What's the difference between smoking and vaping.
    • What can make or break your quit.
    • How Rohit's life changed after quitting vaping.
    Enjoy!

Thank you for sharing your quit journey.
I quit vaping 10 days ago. Vaping in my honest opinion is harder to quit. I constantly had my vape in my hand. Vaping is crazy compared to cigarettes. I'm so glad I quit. I was vaping to the point I would get sick. So glad that is all gone and behind me.

June 2024 I really appreciate this thoughtful man's approach, and successful execution ( pun intended) to quit smoking. I agree vaping is more addictive than smoking! I'm doing well on my quitting vaping. Thank you! Rosemary from Raleigh NC

Alot of people are actually convinced that when they switch to vaping that the problems all solved because they dont smoke anymore but they are so wrong as they still have the nicotine addiction, they are consuming way more as you can vape anywhere & like the cigrattes they are full of harmful chemicals. Its way more sly as you are reeled in by the different flavours & nice odour in comparison with cigarettes which stink.
