Actually thats something that some couples therapy will do. Its not stupid. Its actually very helpful at times. Sometimes couples stay together because its routine. This helps break that routine and you see what feelings are real or left after no contact or intimacy.

Therapy is expensive and inaccessible for most of us. I’ve been on a waiting list for the only therapist my insurance will cover for close to a year and a half now, and they don’t think it’ll be sooner than two years from now that I’ll finally get in. I’ve had to take myself off social media and completely isolate myself from every person I knew.
