@@SPAFacialPlastics youre giving wrong information though, liposuction removes fat cells which weight loss does not, so even if you gain weight after liposuction, the area will never look as pre surgery as now there are fewer fat cells, you would literally have to become morbidly obese for your body to make more fat cells. I do agree that chin implants is better value, but liposuction is not temporary. I had lipo on my love handles many years ago, which were very bad and prominent for a man, i have gained weight since then, i still dont have love handles not even close to before

Why wouldn’t you do a little lipo WITH an implant? Some people don’t need weight loss, but have fat under their chin.
Is the chin implant even a possibility after Bells palsy? I've had it twice, the second time I didn't fully recover and now aging bites me on the ass more than it should, because it increases asymmetry in the chin area - my right side started looking soggy and fat, despite the fact I'm rather thin (174cm/60kg). I do have a small chin and overall - a small face. I'm thinking maybe a chin implant could be safer, less invasive, more natural and more durable than a facelift? Also , I don't want to look flattened, I want wrinkles, I want aging. I don't want an awkwardly floppy/soft chin on one side vs. the muscular, skinny other side. I'm 37.

Ooooh this is helpful because my surgeon told me lipo was permanent and the fat wouldn't be able to survive in the area after. I'm not fat, but for some reason i have a double chin lol..so losing weight wouldn't change anything. I've also been considering fillers, but I just dont want a loooong chin just to have a sharp jawline.
A chin implant doesn’t make the face look long. Perhaps wider but this is exactly why you need someone to look at you to try to figure out why you have a double chin? Is it the fat? The bone? The skin? 🤔

What are some other ways to tell if you have a weak chin? Also do you do virtual consults
I always say your face looks half done. When you look from the side view, there's no balance and you lips stick out way more(even if they are small).

Great video. What about Lipo vs Kybella? Lipo removes the fat while Kybella destroys the fat as I’m sure you’re aware. Like you said, liposuction may return later on. If I were to maintain my weight without gaining much weight after Kybella injections, then is that a better long-term solution than lipo or will the fat will eventually come back?
liposuction may return later on? lipo is the best as it destroys and removes fat cells permanently, kybella supposedly does the same via your body removing the dead fat cells but is not as effective, is too expensive for what it is
@@naegleriafowleri2230 it doesnt remove fat permanently. People have been known to get liposuction years later so no. Definitely not permanent
Appreciate the info, but I'm always suspicious when the After pics show a more tanned person, or with a beard or different hair. If the results are that good, shouldn't have to do that.
