    I Googled chair exercises today & found you. I'm delighted I did because you're an amazing motivational guy with that extra something. I started right away & felt that burn (in a good way), lifted mood & looking forward to doing more. I'm pretty fit & slim; however; one has to make sure to stay in peak condition you need to keep fit. I've subscribed & liked 👍😊.
