- Welcome to this 30 minute all standing Cardio HIIT Workout. You don’t need any equipment for this workout, not even a mat. This is a full body workout with a heavy focus on cardio movements that will get you sweating and burning fat. You can expect to burn up to 500 calories with this routine. When you are ready, grab a towel and let's do this!

Great workout, I had 128 bpm average and 398 calories, so nice for a 30 minute all-standing workout. A couple of the jumping jacks required a lot of concentration as the high knee jacks required though and the hip twist one I just couldn't do so I am glad you showed the alternative toward the end.
