Prueba del WOD que haremos esta tarde en Tenorio Rural Bootcamp (las flexiones en pino de cabeza se sustituirán por flexiones de cabeza en carpa "tienda de campaña"). Creo que hacía más de un año que no hacía flexiones en pino. Se nota. 😅🙈
