In track back in middle school, our coach told us to do 100 pushups, squats, and crunches at home. I guess it made us more athletic but I'm pretty sure half the people didn't even do 5.

I have a tip for fews days start with 90 squats a day
Do 45 each both morning and night or whenever you want
Just do 15 squats 3 times in morning and 15 again 3 times in night
In weekends you can do it in afternoon night and morning if you want that will make 135
You will still have pain but it won't be that bad you should not start with 100 right away
Eventually if you feel it's getting easier do same thing but with 20 3 times
Then keep increasing it after getting used to it
or do them at aroudn 7pm when your legs are strongest and break it up into 4 sets. keep them squats slow to feel the BURN. > better advice.
@@pyromaniac999is it make a difference in results ..if i do 100 squats like in 10sets in full day ..like 10 squats,after 2hour more 10 squats and go on in 24 hours you can do 100 squats easily or ..
I should do them as you said or 100 at a time in 10 min in 5-10 sets ?
@@THE_TRYOUT what your doing isn't helping you. It's progressive overload that trains and builds muscle. Doing ten just when you feel like it every day lottery will not make any difference. So yes do what I do.
@@THE_TRYOUT also do em in four to five sets of you really have to do four do it but if you want actual gains you gotta go for 25/4

🤣 I did a 100 squats and wanted to do it every day for a challenge with my friends... The next day I couldn't walk or use my legs at all. The pain took a week to go and it became a once a week thing for us until they had to leave school eventually 😭

@@fanboy7181 Thanks for the tip. Honestly, it was mostly a "fun" thing to do with my friends, like we actually did it only to see each other dying yk... It wasn't with aim to actually train cause we already had our separate sports training literally everyday. It was a "pe student" thing but ey you're right about starting small and slow. Nowadays I'm just trying to heal my ligament, hoping that I did not tear it.... While still having to train but it's fine

@@studywithkim8996 if you like sports like football squats would be good because it will increase your leg strength and endurance I am pretty sure it will also increase running speed
@@fanboy7181 I already do squats in volleyball, badminton and weight training. That's why I only did it for fun with my friends. I already train 5 to 6 hours everyday, it's already harsh on my body. I agree with you, squats as well as any other exercise has their benefits but I don't do it anymore. I take the time where I don't have training to rest, sleep, recuperate and study since my body has already been abused through training. I volleyball, I already do more than a 100 d we do variations of it. In badminton I squat a lot for the footwork since I have an injured knee. In weight training I already squat so I think that's already enough abuse 😉
@@studywithkim8996 do not do what he does. TRUST ME. do 100 squats at 7pm when legs are at peak strength and rip e into 25-25-25-25. i have WEAK legs and still was able to do this.

The first time I started I did 50 squats in a day. The second? 100 squats and I had the audacity to ignore the pain

I am at rowing, here we do 1000 squats in a row, it takes us somewhere to 35 minutes, hard.
100 squats is hard, but possible if you grind them out! 1,000 squats in a row is at a whole new level 1,000 squats in a row is impressive my guy.

They can, but only if you go low enough and train very hard
